Evaluation: Project Management and evaluating pre-production documents

The project manager would lead the evaluation of pre-production documents. Evaluate in terms of effectiveness for media products they helped plan. Was the correct person doing it? WAs the document appropriate? Would a better/ different document do? Changes/ tweaks? Why do it? managing performance of staff improvement for future if documents aren't checked they could be the cause of a major planning problem. With her primary audience being women who wear makeup as it shows on the front page as there are images of only women models. With images of these women with full faces of makeup its clear what she is selling as well as this the images of the makeup products dominate all the swipe screens on the front page. The layout portrays the website as busy and exiting as there is also a lot of punctuation including exclamation marks and full stops. Client Brief summary: A client brief is a document that includes the requirements, deadlines and expectations for a project. The client who created it will give it to the producer they hired so that they know what they need to produce and when they need to have it finished by. 1) Why do clients write briefs? Clients write briefs as it leads to better, more effective and measurable work. This means that the producer who is working for the client have to make sure that they know exactly what the client is looking for and when they need it done by. It's essential that they they can preform to their best possible standards.
